PCOS... Implanon ...trying to conceive

Hi,been using the app for a over 15 months in which time we’ve been TTC with no luck.All this time AF has come whenever she pleased meaning every 75 to 45 days. My gp thought it’s PCOS and has sent me for some blood tests as if was on a 28 days menstrual cycle and obviously my progesterone came back very low,to be more exact it’s 1. I believe it’s because of the Implanons that I had for 7 years but has anyone gone through anything similar?Just going crazy here waiting for some good news every time I think my period is late
