Clomid

Hi ladies I know I keep posting about Clomid but I just need some advise pls I just had my period today unfortunately 😔 after taking Clomid one tablet a day 50mg and I am now about to take second round but someone told me I need to take two tablets a day and I was wondering if thats safe to do as doctors here said I need to carry on taking same dose. The person who asked me to take two tablets a day is also a fertility doctor which is a friend of mine. Thank u I will really appreciate ur answers. Many thanks
