Babies in College?

Question

Have any of you ever had your baby while you were still in college? What did you do and how did you handle it? Did you drop out? Take a semester off before going back? Or maybe you didn't take any time off of school after having your baby? Tell me your stories!

I've been on a waitlist to get into the nursing program at my school for almost 2 years. During that time I've been taking pre-requisites and working part time. I found out in August of 2017 that I was pregnant and decided to go ahead and finish up my pre-reqs that semester while I was pregnant. Found out in November that I was finally excepted into the nursing program. So I've had this spring semester off to work and save up money and I'm due in early May. By the time I start the program in August my baby girl will be 3 months old. I know it won't be easy doing such a tough program course with a newish baby and trying to work part time; but I've been waiting years to get to this point. I keep reminding myself that no matter how tough it may get that it's all for my little family and will be worth all the struggle when I finally graduate in 2020.

I am a senior in college and I had my baby in September. I took online classes during last semester because I knew she would be born and it’d be hard. Now she’s 5 months and I’m back on campus a few time a week, I do homework during her nap times and I have her on a bed time schedule where she’s sleep by 830 so I can get even more studying and homework done. It’s difficult sometimes but definitely doable with a little determination.

I’m a full time student & due March 8. My teachers are gonna wrk with me where I can just email most of my wrk until I’m ready to go back to class. It really depends on your teachers

I was a junior in college when I was pregnant with my son. I finished the semester while I was pregnant. I planned to take a year off, but that year turned into 4 because of circumstances. I finished my bachelor's December 2017, and we are expecting baby #2. I'm working on my master's degree now and plan on only online work until the semester after birth (the baby will be 6 months). If all goes well, I'll go back to work when baby is a year old and graduate with my master's when the baby is about 18 months.

I'm pregnant with my first baby and I am a junior in college. I'll finish my AA in the summer before the baby comes. I plan on taking a few online classes after the baby to work on my Bachelors degree.

I live in the uk and at age 14 I got pregnant I moved school. This one i took my baby with me so a few months was when I was pregnant then I went back when she was 4 months and completed school while my baby was in the nursery at my school. Bus picked us up I dropped her in the nursery and go see her during breaks. She liked it there and I completed school,
