What to do?

So I finally got 2 faint bfp 2 days before missed period. Brown sometimes reddish spotting for 4 days. I had a Mc in July and a chemical in December. Should I call the Dr and see if I can do anything to help keep this pregnancy and should I continue the aspirin he started me on last mo freaking out!
