mittleschmerz

I had mittleschmerz and it was awful. my partner and I had sex about six days after it stopped. this is my first time with mittleschmerz so im a little confused as to whether or not I could be pregnant. he said that he didn't pre-cum inside but im still worried. i haven't gotten my period yet but i know that its not late. am i just paranoid or should i be worried.
