Can anyone tell me if painful periods are actually normal? It’s the first day that’s pretty bad, but manageable with medicine. And then cramps for like 2 days after that. I bleed pretty heavy the first few days. I’m just scared there’s something wrong with me. I go in for a Pap smear soon to check things out but I’ll be 20 this year so I’m still young and have always had periods like this and have had pelvic examines also and they never said anything was wrong but I haven’t gotten pregnant yet either which we aren’t preventing, but not really trying you know? And yes I’m married and live on my own etc i don’t need judgement.
