Anxiety = Homebody

I've had anxiety since about the age of 12 after a rare diagnosis. I'm 24 now. It's become my life, sort of..occasionally when I'm feeling up to it I do little things here and there. But over all I'm a homebody. Is there anyone out there that won't travel, won't go out to eat, do little things like food shopping because of Anxiety? Any true homebodys? My boyfriend is almost worse than I am. We're a good match lol. But finding friends is pretty rough. We have extremely outgoing friends but barely see them because we don't like to do the same things. We can't be the only ones..
