hi ladies I'm starting a new regiment this cycle. do you guys have any recommendations on a brand of progesterone cream I should by? TIA .... baby dust to all of us TTC!!!!💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

I’m using natural progesterone cream from now solutions. It’s $13 on iherb. It’s Unscented but doesn’t smell great. Seems to be helping though, I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow

Pro-Gest seems to be the most popular, and I’ve used it for a couple cycles now, but haven’t seen an increase in my luteal phase. However, I think I need to make dietary changes as well - cut out alcohol this month as I’ve read extensively that’s a major culprit of short LP. I also tried NOW brand for one cycle, and liked it (they have some great products) except for it doesn’t absorb well at all like Pro-Gest does.
