Am I paranoid?.. new neighbor

so we got a new neighbor. Friday he introduced himself to me and my fiance. seemed friendly enough so we invite him for a beer and remain strictly outside. the night goes on and at some point he insulted my fiance which got addressed. but the guy wayyy over stayed his welcome and I had to eventually get him out of here.

Sunday night he sees us outside and asks if we want company but my fiance had a long day and declined.

fast forward to today I'm taking the dog out and I'm sitting outside and he comes over and apologized for the misunderstanding and I'm like "its fine". he made it a point to say he was standing outside of our screen porch because my fiance wasn't home. ok weird? then said he looked on Google maps and saw our house and that our porch looked different. also weird?

so then a few hrs go by I'm taking the dog out and he walks over and asks about where the closest Chinese food place is. this wouldn't really tip me off but if he's so big on Google maps couldn't he just Google it? especially since we live in a small town and there's all of ONE Chinese place...

I don't want to mention it to my fiance because I could see it escalating and we've got God knows how long to live next to this guy.

am I just being paranoid?
