Possible UTI in ovulation window :(

Can I get some opinions? I know no one is a doctor but I woke up this morning and my temp has spiked up and accordingly to glow and my body I'm in my window (yay!) but as the day has progressed I have become extremely bloated, pain very low above my pelvic bone (where my bladder would be) and frequent urination... It does t hurt to urinate but I am just feeling symptoms of a UTI but not all of them... It's weird. Question is... I am paying a lot more closely to my body and this is my first time tracking O, are these symptomatic to O as well for some of you women?  I don't feel like I need to go to the doctor I can handle this naturally with cranberry and vitamin c like I always do but not sure if it could be just O time... I dunno. Any stories or related ladies?
