sceptical about my choices
so I'm on day 9 of my birth control pills (cilest) and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. the internet does say to use additional protection for around a week or so after starting the pill and now I just feel sceptical about my decision to have unprotected sex. should I have done it? is nine days enough? I've taken the pill exactly how I'm supposed to for these nine days but I'm just nervous
