Maternity Belt for Mid/Upper Back Pain
I am having a lot of back pain between the bottom of my shoulder blades while I’m at work (12 hour shifts, on my feet and in front of a computer a lot). I’ve tried everything I can think of (yoga, massage, chiropractor, different shoes, foam rolling, etc) but nothing has worked. Has anyone had success with using a maternity belt for pain in this area? If so, which would you recommend?
