Cysts ttc (no mean comments)

Hi I'm Jennifer , I'm 19 yrs old TTC. I have been trying 1yr & 3mo & nothing. Last month I went to the clinic got checked out & found out I had multiple cysts in my both ovariers. 😟 I have been on these pills but not sure if their going to help (Latino remedies ) Also have irregular periods sometimes . What should I do ?
