Bleeding......

Ok I am 7 weeks and 5 days. For 3 days now I have been spotting but it's not red it's brown. I called and talked to a nurse and she said not to panic that some women spot during the first trimester and it's brown. It's not day 3 and I'm worried......I'm trying not to worry should I do something or go see someone? And we stil have been having sex at least 2-3 times a week. Is that ok or should we stop? Any advice ladies??
