No period

I came off the pill at the in January. Had a withdrawal bleed but no period since. I’ve got a drs appointment for early March so was going to speak to my dr if no period arrives before then. I was on the pill for about 14 yrs. how long did it take for your period to return? From what I remember, when I was a teen I had a pretty regular 28 day cycle. I’ve taken multiple tests (mostly cheap pink dye ones) had a couple that looked like faint lines but have since taken a first response one that was negative.
