Shortness of breath

Hi ladies. I'm 22 weeks n 6 days expecting my first boy:). 

My concern is I'm not that huge yet 2 days ago I started having Shortness of bbreath and I felt dizzy also my heart just started pumping hard.. And that happen today as well it also happens just when I'm sitting Down or laying down. Do any of you struggle with the same thing..? Last pregnancy I was induced 3 weeks early cause of blood pressure was high .. I still haven't received care for my pregnancy my first appt is on Wednesday they took a month to schedule me.. I just feel horrible at times When I get shortness of breath .. Sometimes I'll feel like my heart skips a beat or something.. I know you ladies can't give me an exact answer but somebody similar who experience this..
