To announce on the day of my sisters graduation party? All of our family will be together and I thought it would be a great time to tell everyone but I don't want my sister to feel like I'm taking her spotlight i ordered her a very cute onesie with the writing future auntie. What do you guys think?

Pull her aside first and give her then news then talk to her about announcing it towards the end of the party so that you can both get the glory out of your events. Specially if you give it to her as a graduation present before anyone else knows. She maybe more willing to share the day with you!

I would ask her beforehand. Your sensitivity does you credit. It might be she has a preference for right before or at the end. By giving her the choice you are respecting her day. You'll get plenty of special time later as you get closer to baby's birth, so this can really be about just announcing then celebrating what your sister has achieved.

For me, graduation was nothing like a wedding where you need all the spotlight. I wouldn't have cared! Makes it fun that there are multiple things to celebrate. I'd be interested if anyone has a different reaction, this is just me!
