Positive fFN test at 27weeks, anyone else experienced this?

What happened? What did you do or not do? Outcomes?

As a labor and delivery RN I do know that the ffn has a wayyy better negative prediction than positive which means if it’s negative you’re less than 1% chance of going into preterm labor and if it’s positive we really aren’t that confident you’ll actually go into preterm labor. 
Just keep an eye on things. Remember the 5-1-1 rule : if you’re having contractions every 5 minutes that last for 1 minute for 1 hour - go to labor and delivery; if you’re having back pain go to labor and delivery; if you feel leaking of fluid go to labor and delivery; any bleeding go to labor and delivery; decreased fetal movement go to labor and delivery; drink plenty of water and REST.

My friend had a positive test at 24 weeks... she just had her baby yesterday at 38w3d! AND they induced her... she didn’t go into labor on her own
