Do you have severe cramping during AF due to fibroids?

AF due to fibroids?" /> 
I asked because that's one of my biggest problems (well I guess besides the heavy flow)... I've tried different pain relievers, at one point my gyno prescribed me Vicodin but that didn't do nothing for the pain. At times the pain is so bad that I can't move. If anyone knows any natural remedies I'm all ears!

Red raspberry leaf tea helps with period cramps.  I am also taking vitex.   I don't have severe cramps but they are about a 2 on a scale of 1-10 and 10 as being the highest.  My  largest fibroid is 9 cm.  The heavy flow is the worst I experience.

Yep, at my worst I get severe cramps, bloating, heavy bleeding, headaches and hot flashes ALL AT THE SAME TIME and pain relievers couldn't help much. 😞 What did help temporarily relieve pain was drinking lots of hot green tea (anti-inflammatory), hot compress, yoga stretches, good luck!
