TMI!!! Mucus plug???

So I am 23 weeks 2 days with twins and this just happened when I went to the bathroom!! Last time my cervix was checked a week ago I was dialated to 2 1/2cm could this be my mucus plug?? Also when I was wiping I noticed pink blood. Hubby is an hour away at work, would this be considered an emergency? So sorry for the pictures but I'm terrified, last week I started having contractions and thankfully they stopped. I don't think I'm having any now
