Is this drop normal?

Hi guys, what do you think of my chart? First month charting. I’m concerned about the drop this morning. Is that kind of drop normal? 
Also I woke up every two hours with my daughter last night, she has gastro and was throwing up through the night.

I looked into it more and apparently it could be something called a secondary oestrogen rise, which causes temp to drop then rise the day after. Hopefully my temp will be up again in the morning.

I’d say your temp was definitely effected by the ups and downs that night.

same thing happened to me 3 and 4 dpo temperature drop. really confused weird... I guess I'm not alone... hopefully it has been lack of sleep maybe it will back up on weekend... fingers crossed😍😜

disrupted sleep most likely caused it. You want to try and take it at the same time having at least 3 hrs of sleep before (so I read). 
also, a lot of people I see have does like that. an occasional dip or spoke is normal. it will usually go back up/down at least a bit if it's that dramatic of a difference
