What is worse junk food or cigarettes

My SO asked me this and I thought it was a good question so I wanted to ask my fellow ladies.

Cigarettes. Junk food at least has some nutritional benefits, tobacco has none.

Honestly I think both. Cigarettes are full of carcinogens and processed junk food is full of man made chemicals which could be considered carcinogenic as well. The only way it would be comparable though is a person who is a regular daily smoker and a person who eats junk food every single day just as much as you'd smoke a cigarette. I feel they both would take just as much of a toll on the body when excessively consumed daily.

Junk food you can have in moderation and still be healthy and fit if you eat well most days and workout. 
Cigarettes though will cause a stronger and faster addiction, and the effects are there even if you smoke every other Saturday night.

I would say both. However the results of consuming cigarettes and junk food excessively are different from one another.
Cigarettes of course cause damage to your lungs and the esophagus, as well as your skin, mental focus, blood pressure, and energy levels. They have cancer causing elements as well. 
Junk food, if consumed excessively, can have cancer causing elements as well. They can cause gut issues, digestive problems, bacteria and fungi build up in the intestinal tract, bad skin, decreased energy, effects insulin levels, can cause diabetes or problems with your blood pressure and heart. It all depends on what type of junk food it is, whether it’s too much sugar or too much fat and grease, chemicals that aren’t meant to be consumed as food...
Both have addictive qualities, whether it’s nicotine or sugar.
Basically, pick your poison. Lol. However it’s probably better to avoid cigarettes and maybe have an occasional piece of junk food. I feel like it’s less likely to hurt you if you don’t consume much of it.
