Bleeding?

I'm 12w2days and yesterday and today I have been experiencing light/random cramps and been having a lot of discharge that is reddish brown and sometimes it looks like a little bit of blood is in there.... Should I be concerned or does that sound normal???

Some women have this happen during pregnancy but you should still call your doctor and let them know what's going on. It's better to keep them posted just in case they may want you to come in to make sure everything is well.
