I believe that having sex every single day hurts your chances because sperm needs to build back up so research says to have sex every other day or let it build back up for a couple of days.

Every other day is best for conception but also have fun! Doing it two days in a row won't hurt and skipping a day won't hurt either. The key is to relax and not get stressed out about it. It's so much easier said than done. I know from experience.

Everyone says every other day. I think everyone is different, idk. I had sex every day, many times a day, for an entire week and I got pregnant our first month TTC.
