Morning sickness or actually sick??

Question

I'm 6w4d as of today & since yesterday I've been vomiting and feeling like crap 24/7!! 
I'm worried that if I'm actually sick it could hurt my baby.
(I know some of you are gonna tell me to ask my doctor, and I am, I just want other people's opinions before I go and waste her time over nothing.)

Honestly sounds like morning sickness... I'm in the same boat at 5.5 weeks. Just laying around for three days now and astonished that it's not a cold it's just... Blegh!

If you have a fever it sounds like a big. If it doesn't ease in 48 hours or you can't keep water down go see your doctor. The baby is going to take what it needs from you.
