Potential “Boo” issues 🤨📱 (Not very serious, but still curious)

Me and this boy are “talking” but it seems as if I am the only one doing to talking😕 . He’s always “busy” and when I say busy I mean playing the game. So in his defense ,that he claims, that’s why he doesn’t text back as fast or call😒 (BS excuse, make time for me) . I’m always calling and texting him while he hardly ever picks up the phone and sends a simple “good morning” text. I am positive he’s not messing around or anything sleezy. I just want to know how I should go about the communicating situation.
