Heartburn?

I have been having heartburn so bad even if all I have had for an hour or two is water. Last night I woke up because of it and ended up throwing up several times, kept me up all night. I had to call in sick to work because I was still dry heaving and had a massive headache. Anyone else having this problem? I'm 30 w 2 d.

Yup... And it KILLS me!!! One naturally remedy I have found is chewing gum immediately after a meal..... Then taking some Tums an hour later.... But I was told to take Pepcid or Zantac as the ladies have mentioned

My pharmacist recommended Pepcid Complete (not the generic). He told me to take 2-3 instead of the recomened single dose. I checked with my OB to be on the safe side and she said it was fine and I could even supplement with tums as needed. It has helped a lot.

Yes! It's so awful. I'm taking Zantac 150 in the morning and before dinner. It's helping a lot and then if I still need something I take tums. It's been approved by my OB.

Yup! Didn't have any morning sickness or anything the whole pregnancy and then BAM! This third trimester hit me like a ton of bricks! I wake up in the middle of the night having to drink a glass of milk to kill the burn almost every night! Papaya-Pineapple enzyme tablets have helped a lot too!
