Anyone use Maca Root?

I was reading some reviews on it and wanted to see if anyone on here has used it ? If yes, when did you start it and stop using it ?

I used only twice then stopped but my friend been trying to conceive for 5 years and she had a maca root smoothie everyday and now she is 5 months pregnant.

You are only supposed to use it from cycle day 1 until you ovulate...you could try vitex, you can take that all month long and it helps your body balance hormones in stead of maca root inhibiting progesterone levels
