TRIGGER — Pregnancy

I’ve been bleeding, almost like period bleeding, for two days now. I’ve had my normal pregnancy symptoms (have a 7 month old), so I decided to test. The second line is a lot more visible, but still faint in person, but I’m scared I’m having an MC. Back pain, sleepy, blood (not implantation), cramps, headaches, dizzy. This would be my second period for February if it’s not an MC. I am going to test again soon.
