This should be a happy time being pregnant, but it has been nothing but stressful and scary.. Plus doing it alone doesn't help! Im not 100% how far along I am, but according to my 1st ultrasound I should be 10weeks on Monday. On my last ultrasound there was no fetal pole or heartbeat. The doctor said it could be just a early preganacy, or I might end up having a miscarriage.

For a while I have been having some cramping and feeling like my period is going to start. I have had bad dizziness, nausea, and sore breast. The last few days all of that has stop. Idk if thats good or bad, but it has me worried. I have a dotors appointment Monday and I am scared of what they are going to say!!
