Anxious 😟

I have mild anxiety problems that form in things like over thinking and being stressed basically 24/7. I literally stress if I wake up like “ oh I’m not stressed, that’s weird” 🤷🏻‍♀️ but this is my second pregnancy and this time we actually thoughtfully planned this one and knew it was coming so I’ve been able to watch symptoms like a damn hawk. Problem is I can’t remember crap from my first pregnancy. So I’m over thinking like did this happen before? Is this normal? And I know being stressed isn’t a good thing. I just don’t know how to relax Bc I feel like time is going super slow till my first appointment. Like I keep looking at the calendar like really. It’s still Thursday?!?
