C section mommas help! Caution-picture TMI.

For ladies who have had a c section. I had my twins early and had to have a c section. But they cut me weird. They cut me horizontal on the outside and vertical on the inside. They said it was safer. I had it done two weeks ago yesterday. I live an hour away, (babies in the NICU). Well I'm on the ride home right now and I felt a pop where my stitches are inside. I can feel where they are at its still tender. But how do you tell if you busted a stitch inside? I'm not feeling any different maybe a little more tender right there. I am breast pumping so it's shrinking faster. And my outside I can see is healing really well. I'm just a first time mom and I'm super scared of this happening. I was stitched with dissolvable stitches inside then on outside they stapled but they've taken the staples out and replaced them with tape.
