Neck pain from heavy breasts
My little boy arrived on 17/02/2018, 9 days early, we are just pushing up to the end of Day 5.
My milk has come in and my boobs are full, I have started to get a sore shoulder and neck which is then causing pain behind my ear on the same side. I’m also clenching my jaw without realising.
Has anyone else had trouble with this?
I have taken ibuprofen and paracetamol but it hasn’t really helped :(
