TMI!! BELLY BUTTON

okay so i got my belly button pierced a week ago... noticed it started getting a crater literally a week after exactly so went to my pierced... and it infected also:/ he changed the earring that was too short to a longer plastic hypoallergenic one. the thing that scares me is that it is very loose and flexible moves easily... like when i sit it literally lifts up... SOS should i go and get a new one that's tighter, or leave it in and wait??? i'm just scared bc it's an open wound, and just having it able to be like this will make the infected worse
