Is coffee safe while pregnant?

I have a dumb question but can you drink coffee while your pregnant? I've been craving it like crazy. But I don't wanna drink it unless it's okay.

Yes just limit your amount of caffeine. 1-2 cups a day is fine.

250mg of caffeine a day is totally safe! I a good sized cup of coffee everyday and also did while pregnant with my daughter and she was perfect :) if you plan on breastfeeding its actually shown in studies that women who didnt consume caffeine while pregnant couldnt have it while breastfeeding also as baby wasnt used to it so it causes lots of gas and discomfort. the women who did consume caffeine while pregnang their babies were not affected by their mom drinking caffeine while breastfeeding!

My doctor says 1-2 cups a day and that’s what I did for my first pregnancy. She turned out perfect! Haha ☕️☕️
