Discharge??(tmi)

I'm having a lot of discharge lately. It's clear and shiny. Sometimes stretchy. Then there's days when it's watery and clear. I don't think it's ovulation related because I'm 39 days late on AF. Missed 2 periods. I've had several negative HPTS. One Positive ovulation test a couple of weeks ago. But as i said I haven't had a period in 2 months. I was supposed to go to the doctor tomorrow but they called and rescheduled so I'm back to square one! Any clue as to what might be going on?
