HELLLPPPP! breastfeeding problems!

so my 2 week old has been breastfeeding for the past 3 hours and if i try to take the nipple out she cries! does that mean she isnt getting enough milk? should i supplement with formula? i really dont want to, or should i unlatch her and let my supply build up again! also she does this squirmy thing with my breast in her mouth and is like pulling my nipple away from me it hurts so bad i dont understand why she does this anyone else have this happen to them please let me know what should i do!???
