I have been off the pill for nearly 6 months now and am starting to get used to my body ovulating again. It turns out I get really bad pain when ovulating! One thing that is different this month is that I have noticed (and here is the TMI) that my ‘amount of discharge’ has significantly reduced this cycle. I am normally really heavy around my green week but this time I have been REALLY light. Anyone else had this before? I also had some mild spotting along with the cramping this time, and had some white discharge for the first time ( that was only ‘found’ when checking cervix position)

Anyone got any ideas?
