Getting pregnant with one tube

Bridgett • I`m ttc my first child with one tube! Super hard to stay optimistic, but I`m trying not to stress.
Anyone have any success stories to share about getting pregnant with one tube? I'm trying to stay optimistic, but this is the second month in a row I've ovulated out of my bad side.
