Should I do maternity photos with the father even if we aren’t together?

We aren’t together. We only have conversations about the baby but even that turns into a fight. I don’t want to do the photos with him but wanted others opinions.

Personally I would rather do them solo. If I wasn’t getting along with my child’s father I’d rather be able to look back at my pregnancy with positive memories instead of fake happy photos

I would do a few with him and the rest by yourself. He’s still the baby’s father and your baby should be able to see photo proof that both his parents have always loved him even if they broke up/stopped loving each other.

Do them alone. Even though my husband and I were together, he didn't want to do them and only ended up being in 1 shot. No biggie! They're still a cherished thing to have.
