The areolar grew to about 5x the size if I’m being honest. And my boobs used to be so perky now they are like socks filled with sand.

I have pepperonis during pregnancy. They return back to normal color and size for me afterwards. Shape never changed.

Babies can't see well so the areole gets larger and darker so they have a bullseye target! Once hormones subside so too do the changes. I still feeding my girl at 21 months and they went back to normal not long after the fourth trimester period.
