So I was advised by my OBGYN to get off the Depo shot a few months ago since I had been on it for about 7 years and so I did in October. I got my period back on the 28th of Jan. and within the 4 week time span I’ve gotten my period 15 days out of the 28 days (broken into 3 periods within 4 weeks each lasting 5 days). I’m a little worried since all 3 times my flow has been VERY heavy and I’ve had bad cramps, back pain and of course bloating. Did anyone else experience this and would you recommend seeking medical attention?
