Looking for hope!

I finished my last round of clomid (150mg) on June 1st and went the 4th for a scan and had 0 follicles. My RE then decided it was on to plan B. No more clomid for me she put me on letrozole which I started that same day. I just took my last dose (7.5mg) tonight. Just wondered if anyone has had any luck with letrozole after a clomid major fail like that? My next scan is this Thursday the 11th.
