so i live in a townhouse complex. they are all privately owned, so theres a condo baord. quite a few of them are rented out cause its common for the area. im currently renting and my landlords are my parents friends/neighbors. i have 0 complaints with my landlords! theyre awesome. my condo board on the other hand.. bleh. not only do they SUCK at keeping the sidewalks clean and free of snow and ice, but they are in charge of any maintenance that needs to be done on the outside. last summer, most of the buildings got new roofs. the workers were loud, messy, and inconsiderate. parking in emergency access lanes, leaving construction garbage everywhere for days. then today. they're repairing some woodwork around our furnace thingys at the top (the stuff the smoke comes out of from the furnace that im blanking on the name now lol) and i come home to this shit. the workers are gone. their trucks are gone. theres a dump bin on the otherside of the parking lot literally overflowing with more garbage. theres nails and god knows what else in this mess. and they just left it there. wtff. a lot of these people have young children. even more have dogs that they take for daily walks (including myself) how is this okay?!? 😡😡😡😡😡
