Loving your body?

I’ve always hated my body and picked it apart. Ive always compared myself to slim girls. I was never taught body confidence growing up. As a child I was chubby and my mom would weigh me every week and berate me about my overweight. She would always tell me to suck it in too. Anyway, I lost a lot of weight in college and now I fluctuate. I’m still uncomfortable with my body. But I think the issue lies in not accepting my body. I’ve seen women who are curvy and heavier than and they have so much confidence and love their bodies! I commend them for that! How do you learn to love your body while working toward your health goals? Any tips on mentally changing your perspective on how you view your body? I’d also love to hear others stories of transformations or enjoying the skin you’re in. 😀
