OPK advice

I have never had any luck with OPK’s- but i just had an HSG done on Feb 15 (CD 9) and they want me to go in for blood work 7 days after a positive. I’m confused on these results. Any advice is welcome!!

The left is the CD the test was taken and the right is the date/time.
