Period smell?

Every time my period comes around I get this powerful odor in my downstairs. It’s not necessarily bad but wow is it strong. I have to like air it out? I’m scared other people can smell it. Anyone else or should I get this checked out?

I keep some personal wipes in my purse for when that gets bad, just to freshen up during the day.  but I stink downstairs when I sweat, not just on my period.

Same here 🙋‍♀️. I just think it's a combination of dirty body and dirty pad by the end of the day I stink.

i have the same issue and i’m always afraid coworkers can smell it 😣😖

It’s normal. I often spray body spray or perfum over my clothes in that area if I’m scared people might be able to smell it or I’ll use a thick layer of tissues to try and suppress that metallic blood scent. I don’t get it too often but when I do, it’s enough to make me not want to leave the house.
