I've had it since I was 11, I am 18 now and have my first baby on the way. I can expect it to get worse but a chiropractor helped me relive the pain for a good few months! Sorry you've got it, good luck!

I have sciatica and arthritis both  I'm 35 but I've had it for awhile I've taken physical therapy I used to take muscle relaxers but when I got pregnant with my last son they switched me back to Vicodin but now it acts up now and then but I was told if I keep my weight down ( which is hard) and strengthen my abs I'll do a lot better but sitting for a long time is bad the worse is when I had a desk job since the joints get stiff moving around helps me a lot

I have had this for a few years. I got steroid injections and it helped sooooo much. I was amazed how well it worked. But we decided to TTC and the steroids were messing with my cycle. So my doctor put me on venlafaxin which is typically an antidepressant, but it helps with nerve pain. It doesn't work as well as the injections, but I haven't had the leg pain with the medication either. 🍀

I use an inversion table for mine! It helps stretch out those spasms.

I haven't had it before but I have had patients with it. See a Chiropractor! They help tremendously.  Also, laying on your back with a tennis ball under the gluteal muscle that is causing the pain. Roll yoyrself over the ball massaging thr gluteal muscle. When you find a tender spot hold it there for 15-20 sec. Do this twice a day and ice afterwards!
