Should I stick to the diet or do something else ?

Okay long story short I recently started a green tea diet, avoiding soda, fast food and all that junk, I drink it about 3 times a day. I have IBS, so it’s causing me a lot of diarrhea. Now I don’t know if I have diarrhea because of the IBS or because green tea just does that. I go bathroom at least 5-6 times a day ever since I started it.

It really hurts to go because I’m going so much.

Should I stick to the green tea or find something else?
