I have been on bc for a year (the pill) very low dose and i gained 20 lbs. I have been married to my husband for a year, and we are not ready for any kids yet but hes paranoid & doesnt trust condoms (we have sex 3x a week average) so he wants me on bc.

I changed doctors and so my prescription ran out, so i have been off of it for 2 weeks. Every time we have sex he asks me about the pills, and i still have to make the appt (ive beem very busy w work).

Is there some kind of way that i can talk to him effectively about not using bc anymore? I want him to genuinely agree with me, and not just be like... I want you to be on it. But i know he would respect my thoughts. I guess im just asking how do i tell him?...
